Booking & Payment
  • All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.
  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving an advance payment, as per our payment policy.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before the journey starts or as agreed upon at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Cancellations made 7 days before the journey will be eligible for a partial refund (after deducting processing charges).
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of travel are non-refundable.
  • Any changes in travel dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Bus Usage & Restrictions
  • The bus is available strictly for the duration and route agreed upon in the booking.
  • Any additional stops, extra hours, or route deviations may be charged separately.
  • Smoking, drinking alcohol, and carrying illegal substances are strictly prohibited on board.
  • The client is responsible for any damages caused to the bus by passengers during the trip.
Driver & Safety Guidelines
  • Our drivers follow all safety regulations and have the right to refuse unsafe requests.
  • The driver’s duty hours are fixed as per legal guidelines; any extension may require an additional charge.
  • Passengers must wear seat belts (if provided) and follow all safety protocols.
Liability & Responsibility
  • We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, roadblocks, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Personal belongings and luggage are the responsibility of passengers; we are not liable for lost or stolen items.
